Laminated Custom Tillers

IdaSailor builds world-class laminated tillers for a wide range of boats.  Our tillers are built in-house from top quality wood selected for its strength and beauty. Laminated African mahogany and white ash are glued in our proprietary molds to produce tillers for specific boat models. The most common tiller styles are listed on our tiller worksheet.  If a different shape is required, IdaSailor has built a variety of custom tiller shapes.  Please contact IdaSailor for an accurate quote either by phone 866-400-2204 or by filling out our Tiller Worksheet. 

Tillers ship ready-to-varnish with marine penetrating oil applied or choose to have the new tiller varnished with four coats of UV resistant spar varnish applied.  A three year warranty is extended to the original owner of a new tiller.
